Privacy Policy

• Date, time and place of birth — to build the natal chart.
• Name and email — for login, subscription and tax receipts.
• Reading and interpretation history — for personalisation.
• The birth date — and, where given, the birth time and place — of other people you add to the «Circle» section, together with the alias you choose for them. The Service neither collects nor stores their name, phone number, email or any other contact details. See section 8.
• Payment data (last 4 digits of the card, status) — via YooKassa; full card details are not exposed to us.
• IP address — recorded at the moment you accept this consent as evidence that it was given (required by Russian Federal Law 152-FZ), and used to protect the Service from abuse and automated requests.

Providing the Service, user identification, processing payments, sending notifications and Russian FTS receipts, improving AI interpretation quality (anonymised aggregates), and complying with Russian law.

Data is shared only to the minimum extent required:

• YooMoney NBCO (YooKassa) — to process payments.
• Russian Federal Tax Service («My Tax») — to issue self-employed tax receipts.
• AI providers — ProxyAPI, OpenAI, Google, OpenRouter — to generate interpretations. Requests carry your date, time and place of birth, zodiac sign and the text of your conversation with the Service. Email, full name and payment data are never sent to AI providers.
• YANDEX — the Yandex.Metrica visit counter (see section 7).

Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

The Service database is located in the Russian Federation: recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating and retrieval of personal data are performed on Russian servers, as required by Article 18(5) of Federal Law 152-FZ.

Some of the recipients listed in section 3 are located outside Russia, so sharing data with them is a cross-border transfer (Article 12 of 152-FZ) and is carried out on the basis of your consent:

• OpenAI, Google, OpenRouter (USA) — interpretation generation; the contents of a request are described in section 3. ProxyAPI (Russia) acts as an intermediary to these services, so the data leaves Russia in that case as well.

Payments, tax receipts and visit statistics involve no cross-border transfer: YooKassa, the Federal Tax Service and Yandex.Metrica are all located in Russia.

Telegram is no longer a recipient of your data: this version of the Service has no Telegram sign-in, no bot and no Mini App. The Telegram version of Arkan exists separately, on a separate server with a separate database; the two versions share no account.

Transfers to AI providers happen only when you use features with AI interpretation. These features are the core of the Service, so declining them is equivalent to declining to use Arkan.

Account data is kept until the user deletes the account. Payment history is retained for 5 years as required by Russian tax law. Guest accounts are deleted 30 days after they are created.

Downloading your data as a single file, withdrawing consent to processing and deleting the account are all self-service in «Profile» — these requests take effect immediately, with no need to wait for the operator.

Withdrawing consent deletes the account: without consent the operator may neither process the data nor keep it. Deletion is irreversible — the profile, readings, natal charts, compatibility reports, conversations and quiz results are erased. Payment history is retained in anonymised form as Russian tax law requires; once the account is gone it points to nobody.

Requests for access or correction, and any request made without access to the account, should be sent to arkan@arkan-oracle.online. Such requests are handled within 30 days.

We use technical cookies (session, language, analytics preference).

Visit statistics are collected with Yandex.Metrica (YANDEX LLC): the counter records anonymised data about page views, referrers and the device. Session recording («Webvisor») is disabled — mouse movement, scrolling and keyboard input in form fields are not recorded.

You can turn analytics off in your profile with the «Analytics» toggle. Once it is off, the counter is not loaded at all.

In the «Circle» section you may add other people's birth data. That data is the personal data of THOSE PEOPLE, not yours, so the processing works as follows:

• The Service never asks for or stores their name, phone number, email or any other contact details. Instead of a name you choose an arbitrary alias yourself.
• By adding a person you confirm that you may share their birth date with us. The operator recommends asking the person first.
• An invitation link lets the person correct their own data. On the invitation page they accept this Policy themselves; the consent is recorded together with its version and IP address, exactly as it is for users of the Service.
• The data is visible only to you, is used only for calculations inside your «Circle», and reaches AI providers in the same composition described in section 3 (birth date, time and place plus the alias).
• You can remove a person from the circle at any moment on the «Circle» screen — the row and all of their data go with it. Deleting your account deletes the whole circle.
• A person whose data ended up in someone else's circle may demand its deletion by writing to the operator at the address in section 9.
